Xinxiang is in the north of Henan Province, to the south of the Yellow River. Across the River are Zhengzhou and Kaifeng. It's an important central city in the north of Henan, a key industrial city in the Central Plains, one of the key cities in the economic zone and the city cluster of the Central Plains. It's also the economic, educational, and transportation center of northern Henan.
Central Plains Sunac City, aka Xinxiang Cultural Tourism Centre, is a theme amusement park constructed by the Sunac Group. With a gross floor area of 200,000 sqm, the project cost five billion yuan.
It provides eight business operation forms, including the Snow World, the Ice World, the Water World, the Lakeside Town, the Island Hotels, the Sports Park, the Lakeside Show Center, and watersports.
In the design, nine cubes form three clusters. The huge architectural blocks stand on the surface of the quiet waterscape like an iceberg. The lighting systems are designed by PROL with the concept of “exploring the hidden value of light”, outlining the artistic landmark featuring ice and snow in the Central Plains.

The design is inspired by Frozen. The design of the lighting system abandoned the traditional cold white for snow and borrowed the dreamy theme hues of the movie to create the blue and white Ice and Snow Worlds and dreamy Frozen. The colors of the lights are enriched to present the romance, elegance, and joy of ice and snow.
The ice seems cold in the daytime. At night, under the lights, it turns into a fantastic wonderland. The visional feelings brought about by the lights surprise people and make them anxious to explore.
The lighting equipment and control system of StrongLED integrate perfectly, offering diverse colors and atmospheres. Among them, the most common are the blue and white Ice and Snow Worlds and the dreamy Frozen.
A large mirror pool interactive device is used to build an immersion ice and snow landmark.

At nightfall, Xinxiang Cultural Tourism Centre becomes a beacon towering over the surrounding buildings. The brightened outer walls also illuminate the surroundings. The structure emits even light, unstoppably eye-catching.
When the clouds drift away, the mountain reveals its colors; when the ice melts, the waters shine. The enormous iceberg stands quietly to the north of the Yellow River as a new artistic landmark of the city, bringing beauty to the Central Plains in the chilly climate and awakening the romantic and moved feelings for fairyland in people.
